A Week Prior: You will receive a warm welcome email outlining what to expect, plus a secure, paperless digital intake link so you can share your medical history and goals at your convenience. Rather talk to someone? Just schedule time for a call and we’ll help you fill it out.

The Day Before: Our patient concierge will personally call you to check in, answer any preliminary questions, and ensure you feel fully prepared and welcomed.

Wellness Consultation: Your comprehensive evaluation includes an oral cancer screening and sleep apnea evaluation. Personalized nutritional counseling, aesthetic consultation and Bristle oral microbiome test available upon request.
